Alliance has won the Australian (AAMBS) and the Pan Pacific quartet gold medals at the Pan Pacific Barbershop Singers convention in Brisbane last night.
The contest was held over two days with over 50 quartets competing from Australia, New Zealand, Japan and the USA. This is Alliance’s third AAMBS National title and first Pan Pacific gold.
The guys also won a third gold medal as a part of the Vocal Evolution chorus who successfully defended their AAMBS National Chorus Championship and also won the Pan Pacific title.
Ian, Adrian, Richard and Dan were grateful for the support they have had along the way: “First and foremost our heartfelt thanks go out to our families for all their wonderful, continued support. It’s been fantastic to have been able to share in this journey with you and also with our brothers in the Vocal Evolution chorus.”
